The HEART Partnership is a public-private partnership consisting of a committed core of passionate, dedicated individuals that make up the HEART Advisory Board. This team collaborates regularly to ensure innovative and authentic training opportunities for all participants. None of what takes place through the HEART Partnership would be possible without each essential agency and the individuals that represent them.
